Dr. Travis Klatt began his path in medicine at Drake University in Des Moines, where he played football and rugby. After earning his undergraduate degree he attended Des Moines University Medical School where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. Dr. Klatt completed his residency at the VA of Jerry L Pittis Memorial Veterans Hospital in Loma Linda, California and is American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery qualified.
Travis is a proud husband and father. He is married to his wife Ly, and they have 2 children Calvin and Ariyah, and one four legged family member, their cat Wallace.
In his spare time, Travis loves spending time with family and attending sporting events. He also plays in several basketball and softball leagues along with a passion for traveling, hunting and fishing.
Dr. Smith stated her path in medicine at St Olaf College, where she ran track and cross county. She then attended the Des Moines University of Medical School. Dr. Smith then was a resident of the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley Colorado. Dr. Smith was previously affiliated with the John J Pershiang VA medical center and was in private practices in Indiana and Poplar Bluff Missouri before joining the Community Foot Clinic team. She is ABFAS Board Certified. In foot surgery and reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgery and also board qualified for the ABPM.
Dr Smith enjoys running, cooking, quilting and cheering for her Minnesota Twins!
